- It begins when you order. An order enters production once payment is received and the specification is agreed in writing. We don't hold made-to-order pieces in stock.
- Built to your specification. Size, material, and finish set with you and confirmed in writing — that record is the piece we build.
- Delivered on a real date. 7–10 weeks, door-to-door, computed and confirmed in writing before you order; a confirmed date only moves earlier. We deliver your furniture and assemble it where required.
- Free to cancel within 48 hours. Cancel in full within 48 hours of ordering, before production begins — after that, your piece is being made for you. Every piece also carries a one-year guarantee against faults in materials and craftsmanship.
